We use photos and videos to bring the stories to life.

What we may do.
We may take photos or videos of you.
OR you might send us your own photos or videos.

We will keep the photos and videos of you in a safe place.
We might share them with other groups we work with (they might also share them).
We might make changes to the photos or videos before we use them.

We might use these photos or videos on the internet:
- On our website,
- On social media (like Facebook or Instagram),
- In online meetings or presentations.

We might use these photos in printed materials:
- In reports or leaflets,
- In promotional materials for events.

We need your permission to use photos or videos of you in these ways.

What you are saying "Yes" to.
I understand that my photo or video may be seen by many people.
I know my photo or video could be shared online or in printed materials.
I understand that other organisations may also use or share it.
I can tell you to stop using it any time in the future.
I know this will not bring me any money or special help.

You have rights.
You can say no at any time.
You can ask us to stop using your photo or video later.
You can ask questions before you say yes.
You can choose if you want to be named or not.
