Talking inclusion at the International Congress and Convention Association conference

Robin, from our Programme team, and Chaica Al Qassimi from our Ambassadors, travelled to Oman to present at the International Congress and Convention Association conference.

This group helps make international meetings more successful by sharing education and resources.

Robin and Chaica were invited to talk about how to make conferences more inclusive for people with Down syndrome and intellectual disabilities.

They shared our Listen Include Respect guidelines, which help organisations make their work inclusive.
